Air fryer steak

Ingredients

• Steak (at room temperature)
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oila little

Method

1. Use meat at room temperature.
2. Season with salt and pepper and brush with a little oil.
3. Cook in the air fryer at 200 °C for 15 minutes, turning after 7 minutes.
4. Let the steak rest wrapped in foil for 10 minutes before serving.
