Air fryer corn dogs

Ingredients

• Hot dog sausages5 pcs
• Wooden skewers5 pcs
• Wheat flour200 g
• Sugar1 tbsp
• Baking powder1 tsp
• Salt0.5 tsp
• Egg1 pc
• Milk120 ml
• Oil for greasing1 tbsp

Method

1. Insert the skewers into the sausages and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Combine the dry ingredients, add the egg and milk, and mix into a thick batter.
3. Coat the sausages in the batter on all sides.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C (2 min).
5. Grease the basket, add the corn dogs and cook for 10 minutes at 190 °C, turning halfway through.
6. Let cool for 1–2 minutes and serve with ketchup and mustard.
